Mamas, are you looking for a class thats both for you and your little one thats suitable for all fitness levels?
If so, this class will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on the day with our 45 minute circuit session.
Wondering how it works? Well simply put think stay & play vibe but instead of drinking coffee, we workout.
Classes are suitable from 6/10 weeks pp but all depends on each individuals birth and recovery.
Ladies, fancy pushing yourself just that little bit more, want to workout in the evening or weekend?
If so why not try out one of our bootcamps, 1 hour of high intensity circuits, but still with the ability to bring little ones along with you.
