OFM Rules

When can I attend

For the safety and well-being of all new mums, we ask that you are at least 6-8 weeks postpartum before joining our classes, or 8-10 weeks post c-section and have been signed off by your GP or midwife to resume exercise. 
Please note that these timeframes are general guidelines, as every recovery is different. If you’re unsure whether you’re ready, or have any concerns at all, please get in touch before attending. We’re always happy to support you and help you decide what’s right for your body. 

 

Health & Safety 

For the safety of both you, your children and others, please remember that little ones remain under the full care and supervision of their parent or guardian at all times. 
Children are welcome to stay with you in the designated zones we have set how, however note that other areas are off limit, ensuring everyone stays safe at all times.
