Hi Everyone I'm Debbie your OneFitMama instructor for Newport and Cardiff
I am a mum of 2 to Maggie and Arthur.
After having Arthur I really struggled with PND and anxiety and felt extremely lonely and isolated as a working mum with two small children and no time to myself.
Finding myself again was no mean feat but through a supportive network and a new found love of fitness and taking care of my own well-being, I eventually got there.
OneFitMama is such a fantastic concept to bring mums together at a crucial time of their lives and I am excited to be representing the brand with the first franchise in Wales and sharing my passion with others.
I look forward to meeting you and your little ones at a class real soon and I promise to take good care of you!
