Hi I'm Rhiannon, Mum of two and your Worcester instructor.

 

I'm a mum of 2, Jake who is 8 and Charlotte who is 3.

Ever since I can remember exercise has been my life (and my career), I love working out and running. 

 

When I had Jake I really struggled to adjust to being a mum, something that i'd always wanted. I got diagnosed with PND, exercise really helped me feel like me again and was such a release for me. I did spend lots of time at traditional baby groups, they were great but I often found them over whelming.

 

When Charlotte arrived last year I was so happy, she is brilliant, her and Jake get on brilliantly but I found it hard to leave the house. I couldn't face baby groups so we spent our days chilling at home (which is fab but not great all of the time) My friend suggested that I try a OFM class, I could exercise and chat if I wanted while Charlotte interacted with others.

 

Reluctantly I went along, I was so nervous but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the fact that its ok to talk or not and I was getting some head space without being away from Charlotte.

 

It just so happens I've ended up taking over the group and it has changed my life for the better. I love OFM and what it stands for, If you are unsure just give it a try and i'm sure you will be hooked like I am.
