2 medium bananas
1/3 cup vanilla agave syrup or honey
¼ cup melted and cooled coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups of almond flour
½ cup of oat flour (ground up oats in blender)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vegan cacao protein
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Whisk together all of the wet ingredients
Mix together all of the dry ingredients separately then add dry to the wet.
Stir in half of the chocolate chips and pour into a greased loaf tin.
Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on the top and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Top Tip- Warm a slice up in the microwave for a few seconds and add a layer of chia or baobab raspberry jam!
