Hello I’m Hannah and I run OneFitMama Hertfordshire.

 

I have always enjoyed being active, playing a variety of sports and attending fitness classes. I loved it so much I started teaching group exercise classes in 2006 alongside studying for a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Since then, I have worked in health and wellbeing in a variety of roles and I really enjoy helping others to feel good through exercise and embracing a healthy lifestyle.

 

Becoming a mum has really challenged me emotionally because I am parenting alone and it’s pretty tough, and physically as my body didn’t work how it always did (and still doesn’t!). Finding OneFitMama has helped me tremendously as I have met other women who are so supportive and realistic about the highs and lows of motherhood.

 

I want to help women to exercise safely, support your mental wellbeing and be a safe space to come to share whatever highs or lows you are experiencing. I hope you leave my classes feeling stronger emotionally and physically, and empowered on this beautiful journey of motherhood.
