Exercise for mums at every stage of motherhood
Founded by fitness instructor and mum of three Sophia Cooper in 2010 OneFitMama was designed to help and support mothers on their journeys to healthier minds and bodies.
After suffering postnatal depression and finding that exercise helped her recovery Sophia wanted to be able to help other local mums in the same way that exercise had helped her. The concept of combining exercise with a playgroup style setting was instantly successful and classes were rolled out across the UK. Over the years the company has grown to not only specialise in maternal mental health but maternal health as a whole supporting mothers across the country with pelvic floor recovery, postnatal recovery, menopausal health and everything inbetween.
Last year alone OneFitMama supported 41,000 mothers and held just over 140 classes every week whilst continuing to raise awareness for maternal mental health through the OneFitMama Charitable Trust and building relationships with organisations to improve the care for mothers in the UK.

With exercises designed to not only keep you fit but also help prepare you for birth and labour these classes will ensure you are in the best shape for your little ones arrival.
Mother& Baby/Toddler Fitness
OneFitMama classes are designed to help new mums get into shape without having to arrange childcare. The classes combine moderate exercise with our special baby or toddler zones to ensure that while you get a great workout while your little one has fun and makes new friends. Our specialist instructors are trained to ensure your workout is not only effective but also safe so you can rest assured you and your baby are in safe hands.
We want to help you maintain your fitness levels long after your maternity leave ends and we know that even when your children are older childcare can be a barrier to exercise. That is why our unique ladies only bootcamp is perfect for busy mums with a dedicated support group, nutrition plan that you can easily fit in around your family. Like all our programmes your little ones are welcome but at OneToughMama we will challenge your fitness and encourage you to move out of your comfort zone.
Postnatal Running Programme
Whether you were a keen runner before pregnancy or a complete beginner the OneFitRun six week programme will help you to start your running journey post baby. Learn everything from good running posture to how to warm up properly before a run with our specialist postnatal running instructors who will help you to lace up your running shoes with the right support.
Pelvic Floor & Core Strengthening
To help repair and restore weakness of the pelvic floor and core this six week course will let you say goodbye to little leaks and your mummy tummy. As with all our classes children are welcome to this class but you can attend whether your baby is six weeks or 16 years
